今日のテキスト U.S. CHARGES CHINESE WITH HACKING

A U.S. grand jury has indicted five Chinese military officers with spying on American companies. Prosecutors say they stole information on nuclear plant design, solar power, and other confidential data. U.S. authorities are expected to call for the Chinese government to hand them over.
Attorney General Eric Holder said the Chinese officers hacked into the systems of six companies. He said that demanded an aggressive response. It's the first time the Justice Department has charged employees of a foreign government for the crime.

"This indictment makes clear that state actors who engage in economic espionage, even over the Internet from faraway places like offices in Shanghai, will be exposed for their criminal conduct and sought for apprehension and prosecution in an American court of law."

Prosecutors say the suspects belong to a unit of the People's Liberation Army. They say the officers started hacking into U.S. systems in 2006.
