A chimpanzee at a zoo in the Netherlands has taken on one of mankind's latest technologies and won.
A camera-equipped drone was flying near a tree the primate had climbed. Angered by the intruder, the chimp grabbed a large branch and knocked it out of the sky. The drone was being used to film for a television program. The camera filmed as the chimpanzee approached the downed aircraft and toyed with it.
A zoo official says the animal apparently planned an ambush, proving the species is highly intelligent.
