今日のテキスト HILTON TO SELL WALDORF ASTORIA

Executives at U.S. firm Hilton Worldwide are selling one of the most iconic hotels in New York. They've reached a deal with a Chinese insurance company for the Waldorf Astoria.
The executives said they'll transfer ownership to Anbang Insurance Group for almost two billion dollars. The original owners of the Waldorf Astoria opened the hotel in Manhattan in 1893. The current building went up in 1931. It was the largest hotel in the world at the time.
City officials have designated it a New York landmark. U.S. presidents, foreign heads of state, and movie stars have favored the hotel for its security and privacy. Hilton executives will continue to manage the landmark building under a 100-year contract with Anbang.
